📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor contract performance and provide regular reports to the contracting manager.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of contract-related meetings and events.
• Support the contracting team in maintaining a well-organized and efficient workflow.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
