As a Daily Operations Runner, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that keep our guests happy and our operations running like clockwork.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for front desk supplies.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment.
• Handle guest requests and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest transportation arrangements and local tour bookings.
• Support the kitchen and dining areas by ensuring timely service and maintaining cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg with ease.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
