📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative extraction techniques and technologies.
• Optimize extraction processes to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects to evaluate the effectiveness of new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of extraction operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the extraction team.
• Represent PT Bangka Belitung Mineral Resources at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the mining industry, with a focus on extraction techniques and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions in mineral extraction.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable to mineral extraction.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Valid mining certification and safety training.
