📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management, payroll, and insurance.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct orientation programs for new employees.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management, payroll, and insurance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
