📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure that all sales targets are met and that customer satisfaction is high.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are up-to-date with the latest products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the branch is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Experience in training and developing staff is a plus.
