As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parking facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. You will work closely with our team of parking attendants, security personnel, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of parking facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage and supervise a team of parking attendants and security personnel
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Monitor and maintain parking equipment and infrastructure
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of parking facilities to identify and address any issues
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of parking services with overall business operations
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to enhance service quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parking management or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing parking facilities and teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with parking management software such as ParkMobile, Parking Solutions, or similar
• Valid driver's license and own transportation for daily operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong customer service orientation
