Solara Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Executive to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of our projects and strengthen our client relationships.

As a Senior Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Develop and implement project strategies and plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies,Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency and accountability,Leverage data and analytics to drive project performance and continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a strategic or client-facing role,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
