Emerson Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supervisor, Product and Environmental Compliance to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and implementation of product compliance strategies to ensure adherence to international and local regulations.,Lead a team of compliance officers to monitor and enforce environmental and product safety standards.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate compliance risks.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure smooth compliance processes.,Provide guidance and training to team members on compliance best practices and regulatory updates.,Ensure that all products meet environmental and safety standards before they are released to the market.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on compliance metrics to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in product and environmental compliance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of international and local environmental regulations, including ISO standards and REACH.,Proven experience in leading teams and driving compliance initiatives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Emerson Electric's products and industry standards is a plus.,Certifications in environmental compliance or related fields are a plus.
