📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, ensuring high quality and food safety standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in maintaining and updating the kitchen menu.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet daily food production targets.
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
