Based in Penjaringan, Jakarta Raya, you’ll work closely with our project managers and engineers to analyze project feasibility, develop cost estimates, and prepare tender submissions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
Evaluate tender documents and proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget constraints.
Prepare and submit tender submissions, including cost breakdowns and project schedules.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to analyze project feasibility and develop cost-effective solutions.
Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Provide regular cost reports and updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation and tender evaluation in the construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction market and tendering processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.
