In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure productivity and quality.,Delegate tasks to team members and ensure they are completed on time.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Attend meetings and provide updates to the Team Leader and management.,Support the Team Leader in training and developing team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
