📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Oversee inventory management and stock control.,Train and develop the team to achieve sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product delivery and returns.,Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of leading and motivating a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service standards.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
