CV Indah Kusuma is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles and maintaining a high level of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the vehicles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Oversee the procurement and disposal of vehicles as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving various types of vehicles.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
