PT Wana Wira is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work, offering a unique opportunity to manage our production processes efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and meet production targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid production disruptions.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in production processes.,Report production progress and any issues to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, preferably in the textile or apparel sector.
