PT Ratu Visi is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools within the organization,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English for writing technical documents,Experience with technical documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
