📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the hotel's IT systems.,Provide training and support to new staff members.,Maintain and update IT documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.,Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
