📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient vehicle management.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer recommendations.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs to optimize operational efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and external service providers to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Generate and analyze fleet performance reports to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
