📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees grow and develop.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, providing fair and impartial resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources, and apply this knowledge to improve HR processes and programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
