📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain detailed kitchen logs and reports.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
