Cemerlang Cement is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or customer service, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of Shop Assistants, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote the company's products and services to customers.,Participate in company events and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer service.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
