🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations, business management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
