📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to monitor workforce performance and productivity.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in scheduling and staffing.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather and interpret data related to workforce management.
• Create and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data from various sources to support reporting needs.
• Assist in the implementation of workforce management best practices and initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to various departments as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in workforce management and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with workforce management systems and practices.
