📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify and address issues.,Manage and mentor production team members to ensure high performance and morale.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product quality.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven experience in quality control and process improvement.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
