Sun Root Corporindo is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking mileage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are following all safety protocols and regulations.,Oversee the fuel management process, including ordering, tracking usage, and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Handle vehicle inspections and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and that all necessary documentation is up to date.,Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure vehicles are available and on time for all deliveries and transportation needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
