📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees.,Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.,Design, develop, and manage employee compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates who fit the company culture.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Senior HR Business Partner role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
