MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced Senior M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Project Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in managing large-scale M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Senior M&E Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your expertise in M&E systems and project management will be crucial in driving project success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and final project documentation.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the project.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in M&E project management, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale M&E projects.
  • Strong understanding of M&E systems, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
