Moon Local Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Telemarketing professional to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our telemarketing campaigns, ensuring we achieve our sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop telemarketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior telemarketing staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
