Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and assistance,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Process payments and manage cash transactions,Assist in inventory management and stock control,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in training new staff and maintaining high service standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or cashier roles,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
