📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure consistent brand standards and quality control.,Participate in store audits and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, including POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and organizational skills.
