You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and tools, such as Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence, to streamline our business processes and improve customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and workflows for our digital payment solutions.
• Support the Business Platform team in managing and maintaining our Salesforce instance, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes within the Business Platform team.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for our business processes and systems.
• Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and other relevant activities to contribute to the overall success of the Business Platform team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Work remotely from Bali, maintaining a high level of productivity and collaboration with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiasm for digital payments and financial services.
• Availability to work remotely from Bali for a period of 3-6 months.
