As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity. You will work closely with our production team to address any maintenance issues, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance of all printing machinery and equipment, including presses, offset machines, and finishing equipment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure maximum uptime and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of new equipment and spare parts.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the production team to address any maintenance issues and ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the printing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software, such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the printing industry.
