📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and prospect retail outlets in Joglosemar, Jatimbal, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi to build strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate products and negotiate deals to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales strategies.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
