📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and maintained in the accounting system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of accountants.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
