📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events and promotional campaigns across Bali’s key locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and successful campaign launches.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to amplify event reach and engagement.
• Analyze event performance and campaign results to refine future strategies and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with local influencers, partners, and community leaders to enhance event impact and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in event management and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, promotions, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Bali’s cultural nuances and local customs is a plus.
