📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee end-to-end import processes from order placement to delivery.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all import documentation using SAP and TradeIQ.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor shipments and track progress using Sea-Intel and other logistics software.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export laws.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of import processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to the team on customs clearance procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage import costs and budgets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in import/export and logistics.
- Proficient in using SAP, TradeIQ, and Sea-Intel.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid CIQ (Customs Import Quota) certification is a plus.
